Definition : Abuse of rights - Abuse of the minority

Action by which a group of co-owners, not holding the majority of the votes at the meeting, abusively prevent taking decisions necessary to safeguarding the rights pertaining to the immovable or the co-ownership. This impediment to the proper functioning of decision-making may result in a refusal to vote on a resolution requiring a double majority.  This could be the case for work allowing disabled people to access the immovable.
