J’ai demandé récemment au conseil d’administration de modifier l’usage de mon dépanneur, pour en faire un restaurant. Le conseil a alors présenté et fait voter (à 88% des voix), à l’assemblée des copropriétaires, une résolution prohibant l’exploitation de tout restaurant dans l’immeuble. Suis-je en droit de contester ce vote?

Je suis massothérapeute et je souhaite exercer mon activité professionnelle à l'intérieur de mon condo. Comme il s'agit de ma partie privative, je ne pense pas devoir demander l'autorisation du syndicat pour le faire. Toutefois, ma voisine m'a informé que notre déclaration de copropriété interdisait en tout temps l'exercice d'activités professionnelles à l'intérieur de la copropriété. Malgré tout, le syndicat a t-il le droit de m'interdire d'exercer une activité professionnelle dans ma partie privative ?
