Definition : Loss - Partial loss

Loss were the cost of the necessary work to restore the immovable is less than its reconstruction cost.

 WARNING! A partial loss could constitute, depending on its severity, a ‘’substantial loss'', resulting in the obligations to pay the insurance indemnity to an insurance trustee.
