Definition : Condominium (condo)

A Common Law word commonly used to define two notions. The condominium, in the real-estate field, refers, in the first instance, to the entire immovable in co-ownership, and not only to one of the apartments therein. The “condo”, on the other hand, refers to one apartment situated in an immovable in co-ownership.
