Definition : Liquidator

A legal or natural person having the mission of ensuring the liquidation of the co-ownership, to recover claims and to proceed to the payment of  debts of the syndicate of co-ownership, and then to the reimbursement of the contributions of the co-owners when the co-ownership is terminated.

The divided co-ownership of a building is not necessarily intended to last for eternity.
