Definition : Specifications

Contractual document whose purpose is to define certain administrative, technical, financial or other obligations imposed on one of the contractors. It can thus describe the works and services as well as their methods of execution. The concept of "specifications" applies to all types of contracts, whether for supplies, works or the provision of services.
