Duties of the manager

Several administrative, financial and technical tasks can be attributed to the condo manager. The first two do not require attendance at the premises, while the third one requires his presence at the immovable. As the mandatary of the syndicate of co-owners, the manager implements decisions made by the board of directors, and looks after the best interest of the community of co-owners.
